Office Policies
- Please give us 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48-hour notice will incur a $25.00 fee payable before further services will be rendered.
- Please call our office if you are running more than 10 minutes late to your appointment. We might have to reschedule your appointment to another day/time.
- There are no returns/exchanges on products purchased so please be sure you are happy with the frame or contact lenses you are purchasing.
- Prescription change remakes must be submitted within 90 days of the original order.
- All frames come with a one-year warranty against MANUFACTURER DEFECTS. This does NOT include breakage from normal wear and tear or accidental breakage.
- We will try to accommodate same day/walk-in appointments as best as we are able, but it is not a guarantee that you will be seen unless you have an appointment.
